Exactly what we expected, would stay again.

Great access to the JR line which saved us so much time and money and a large room and bathroom for the price.

But noisy being near the train line but we both sleep with earplugs so it didn’t bother us. Only 1 lift but it’s not a big hotel so it’s fine except everyday before 11 when people are checking out so just keep that in mind.

Great location, pleasant comfortable stay, nice to have more space. Not for sensitive sleepers.

Definitely spacious for Tokyo, great location between Nishi Nippori and Nippori with easy connections to Shibuya. Omotesando, Kagurazaka, and many other hotspots. Clean, helpful staff & away from the chaos of Shinjuku. Also walking distance to Yanaka which is very charming and Nippori Fabric Town, a must for crafters/sewists.

The noise from the trains are significant as mentioned in other reviews even in the room furthest from the track. They do provide earplugs. The noise didn't affect my sleep but sensitive sleepers will probably find it challenging.

1. I appreciate receiving an email that advised on check-in procedures and quick spots to visit close to the hotel. Check-in and Check-out process was easy. 2. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Xuyen, her fellow male concierge and the room attendant were all very nice. Thank you! 3. Very strategic location, being close to the Nishi-Nippori Station, and the Nippori station where the Skyliner is that takes you straight to Narita Airport in 36 minutes. Also convenience stores and line of restos are just close by. 4. Good deal for the price and location. Practical and comfortable hotel.

Not much of an issue - you'll hear the sound of trains but that's par for the course being conveniently close to the station.

Free vanilla ice cream! Easy transaction and staff very helpful. So much near to train station both JR line and metro. 24hr Aeon supermarket closeby. Less crowd area and very safe too. Room big for Japan standard. Worth the price.

Near to train track. Thou can hear the train noise but not too loud. Able to sleep well. Not providing water bottle inside the room but have to dispense ourselves located near receptionist.

Nice location and comfortable

The location is near the train station, local restaurant and drug store & convenience store. They also have free coffee, ice cream and choice of room amenities at the lobby area.

My room located near the train railway which it quiet noisy while operating hour but ear bug can help a bit.

Cutest room in Tokyo with all facilities and amenities.

It was the cutest room we stayed in Tokyo. It had all the facilities (kitchen, large fridge, washing machine) which made it look like a mini apartment. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel provided all necessary amenities.

The room was a bit small, like almost all rooms in Tokyo.

Great value, amenities and service!

Best feature: Hotel Location, and helpful staff. Location is very close to a train station, and with convenience stores and local eateries nearby. Good value for us. Lobby has coffee machine, extra toiletries (shower cap, facial wash, toner, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving gel, and etc), water dispenser, and popsicles in the afternoon. Elevator can use a better air conditioning but since there's not too many floors high up, it was still bearable to be inside it (it was sizzling hot summer weather during our stay). Laundry room at 2nd floor is a plus! We were able to use it during our stay. Room (Western - Japanese style combo) is quite spacious for the four of us to sleep in, but moving around the room is bit tricky (narrow lane path), and it will be tight if you have many luggage. Since we're familiar with hotel sizes in Japan within this budget, we travel light and since we're only in Tokyo for few days, the space is alright with us. We were able to store our luggage at the lobby when we checked out, and continued exploring Tokyo before we headed out to the airport. The room has a fridge, and an electric kettle. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with hair dryer were provided in the bathroom. They even have loaners (dyson hair dryer, hair straightener, kids board games, toys, etc) in the lobby area to rent for free (didn't take up this opportunity). Train noise - yes, we can hear the train passing quite frequently but all of us passed out after hitting 20K++ steps in a day, we're too tired to be bothered by the noise. If you're very sensitive to noise/super light sleeper, this hotel might not be for you. I noticed they did double insulation window and used heavy door to help with noise reduction. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those who travel light, not too sensitive with noise from train passing, want short distance to train station, are on a budget, and considered themselves as easy going traveler.

None. We have all we need from this hotel. Train passing noise can be uncomfortable in the beginning, but we all get used to it eventually, and we also kept in mind that all the locals that live nearby also been dealing with this day to day. We chose this hotel because it was a short walking distance to the train station and was within our budget.
